Renault introduced a new generation of the Duster crossover quite recently (last fall), but is already preparing to begin sales of a significantly changed SUV in Europe. The first market for the new product should be its native France, where the car will be offered under the Dacia brand.
The day before, the local office of this brand published a price list for a car that was once in very high demand in Russia. It was valued at the amount for which today we can hardly buy the simplest Chinese crossover.
On the official website of the Renault Group in France, the following price is indicated for the new Duster: in the basic configuration with front-wheel drive (Essential package), you will need to pay 19 thousand 690 euros (approximately 1.9 million rubles) for the car.
The next in the model hierarchy is the Espression variant – with a price of 21 thousand 600 euros (2.1 million rubles), while the cheapest version of the Duster with all-wheel drive will cost the French 23 thousand 400 euros (2.3 million rubles).
The basic hybrid version of the model, according to information from the official website, costs 26 thousand 600 euros (2.6 million rubles), and the most “fat” configurations Extreme and Journey are priced at 28 thousand 100 euros (2.8 million rubles).
Despite the price list that has already been revealed, sales of the new generation Duster in Europe will not start soon. The first deliveries are planned only for the second quarter of 2024. Before this, the car will be shown live for the first time at the Geneva Motor Show on February 26.
