First, the “junior” turbodiesel with a volume of 1.7 liters (150 forces) was replaced by the familiar to the Russians “turbo four” 1.3 TCe (158 forces) gasoline, and now the time has come for the resignation of the 2.0- unit from 185 liters with “heavy” fuel. Together with the diesel engine, the X-Tronic variator and the all-wheel drive system with rear axle clutch disappeared from the range.
Although the Koleos crossover is not a Renault bestseller, the automaker has raised prices by 1,400 euros while reducing the range. The basic version of the Evolution costs in France from 45,100 euros, and for the top-end Initiale Paris you have to pay 49,000 euros. Curiously, the heated front seats, 19-inch alloy wheels and leather upholstery are reserved only for the more expensive Koleos.
