Widi Amanasto has been removed as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PT Jakarta Propertindo (JakPro). DPRD DKI Jakarta faction B Commission member Gerindra Ichwanul Muslimin fully supports the director replacement policy of JakPro.
“I am able to support the policies of the interim governor. I think Pak Heru has good goals and vision for the progress of JakPro,” Ichwanul told reporters on Monday (11/28/2022).
Ichwanul rated Widi Amanasto as good enough to lead JakPro. However, he felt Widi was leading JakPro at an inopportune time. Widi himself served from August 2021, before being replaced yesterday.
“JakPro’s performance under Mr. Widi’s leadership is also quite good. command what Pak Widi implemented was very good. And Pak Widi, in my opinion, is an asset to the nation, but yesterday he was CEO at an inopportune time,” he explained.
Ichwanul hopes for the board of directors JakPro the new one can immediately make changes. He also asked JakPro, who is currently the manager, to fix the Kampung Susun Bayam issue immediately so that the residents can live in the apartments.
“To the new director and board of JakPro, I remind them to take what is good from the previous one and immediately make changes and improve what has not been achieved,” he explained.
“I stress that for Kampung Susun Bayam this must be a priority that must be carried forward by the new board of directors,” he said.
BPBUMD interim head Fitri Rahadiani communicated that the replacement of the board of directors of JakPro was decided through a GMS circular (decisions of shareholders outside the GMS) as stipulated in Article 91 of Law 40 of 2007 on companies with limited responsability. The company’s shareholders agreed and agreed to ratify the resolution of non-GMS shareholders to replace JakPro’s board members and commissioners.
“The GMS has agreed to honorably discharge the following names from the position of Director of the Society, with the highest appreciation for their contribution to the society, namely: Widi Amanasto, Gunung Kartiko, Leonardus W Wassono Mihardjo, Muhammad Taufiqurrachman, Iwan Takwin (now the CEO),” Fitri said in a written statement on Monday (11/28).
On the JakPro board, Widi is the Main Director. Hence, Gunung Kartiko is Director of Wealth Management, Leonardus W Wassono Mihardjo Director of Human Resources and General Affairs and Muhammad Taufiqurrachman Director of Finance. Meanwhile, Iwan Takwin is the director of engineering and business development.
