Join a team of 12 employees within the MAAF remote customer relations center in Toulouse (31) and participate in the development of the customer portfolio and the company in the service of customer satisfaction and the success of the team.
Your mission ?
Greet on the phone, advise, build loyalty, convince, sell! You market a diverse range of insurance products and services (auto, home, savings-life insurance, health, protection, credit, etc.), to our member and prospective customers (individuals and/or professionals).
You will find rhythm in your activities, diversity in exchanges and daily challenges!
And concretely? The activity is carried out over the telephone in the context of incoming calls.
• Welcome calls from members and prospects
• Detect and understand needs, inform and provide relevant advice
• Analyze the insurable risk
• Offer and sell products adapted to their profiles and needs (direct sales, making appointments for agency advisors)
• Respond to quote requests and emails sent online by customers and prospects
Specificities :
Hours: 35 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday and 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday (with one hour lunch break).
Schedules are known several weeks in advance and a rotation is made between advisors (not every Saturday is worked).
