Gunfire Games’ latest game has achieved record success. Remnant 2 has been steadily climbing the Steam charts and has amassed over 100,000 players at the same time. As recorded by the Steam tracking site SteamDB, the number of players has increased dramatically since the beginning of the weekend, and about two hours ago, the peak online reached 109,053 people.
A few days ago, the game managed to attract over 83,000 concurrent players. Since then, the number of players has slowly continued to rise on the Steam charts, even as several days have passed since release. That number has now reached over 100,000.
It is worth saying that the peak online of the first part, Remnant: From the Ashes, is 48,289 players, that is, the sequel by this indicator bypassed the original more than twice.
Remnant 2 sold like hot cakes and hit the Steam and Epic Games bestseller lists ahead of release.
Remnant 2 was released on July 25 for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X.
