Tsvetana Germanova was the last surviving woman from the camps in Bosnia and Belene, where between 35 and 50,000 Bulgarians were imprisoned during communism without trial or conviction. Tsvetana had children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, outlived her tormentors and throughout her life demonstrated what it means to be an independent person, despite the circumstances, reports Nova TV.
She spent 3 years and 4 months in camps. Only a 20-year-old falls into them. She promised her friends there that she would write a book about the experience. And he keeps his promise.
