The artist Madiha Yousry married 4 times, three of which were from the artistic community, the first time was from the singer Muhammad Amin, and they established a cinematic production company, and the second from the artist Ahmed Salem in 1946 AD, and the third marriage was from the artist Muhammad Fawzi, and they gave birth to their son “Amr”, The fourth marriage was to Sheikh Ibrahim Salama Al-Radi.
She announced her final retirement from acting in 2012.
