Matthew Langford Perry was born in Massachusetts (USA) on August 19, 1969. The actor grew up in Ottawa, Canada. As a child, he was fond of tennis.
At the age of 15, Perry decided to pursue an acting career and moved to Los Angeles. In 1987, he starred in the TV series Second Chance. The artist played his first role in a feature film in the movie “One Night in the Life of Jimmy Reardon.”
Real fame came to Perry in 1994, when the TV series Friends aired. Thanks to the enormous popularity of the film, by 2022 the actor was earning one million dollars per episode. The sitcom was canceled in 2004.
Perry starred with Salma Hayek in the film “Hurry Up and Make People Make Fun.” He played in the films: “Almost Heroes”, “Tango for Three”, “The Fraudsters”, “The Whole Nine Yards”, “The Good Fight”, “The Kennedys: After Camelot”, “The Odd Couple”, “Dad Is 17 Again” and others.
