In 2014 the successful singer-songwriter Taylor Swift spent nearly $20 million for a Tribeca penthouseNew York, which she still owns.
The business was done outside the real estate market. Swift bought this property from film director Peter Jackson.so the property has housed nothing but stars in recent years.
The property is two penthouses, one next to the other, The Sugar Loaf building. Altogether it has an extension of 8,000 square feet distributed in nine bedrooms, nine bathrooms, hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and other amenities.
Initially Peter Jackson asked for $21.5 million dollars when he listed the property on the real estate market in 2013. Over the months and seeing that there were no interested parties, he lowered his cost to $14.5 million dollars for the large penthouse and the smallest one came to cost $5.1 million dollars .
The property’s kitchen is open style with a center island with marble top, white cabinets and glass. It is equipped with high-end appliances.
The photos spread in the media are evidence that the property has a fairly rustic style, but there are no details of renovations or any type of decoration that the singer has added.
