Remember Mirdad and Tyna Kanna are finally officially divorced, Mother. The decision was delivered by the South Jakarta Religious Court today, Tuesday (18/1/2022).
The verdict was read out by e-court. In addition, the court also handed down custody of their children on Tyna Kanna.
“The custody of the child was given to his mother, to Dwi Jayanti (Tyna Kanna),” said Zikri Muhammad Luthfi as Kenang Mirdad’s attorney, quoted from InsertLive.
Furthermore, he also explained that the decision did not limit Kenang Mirdad’s relationship with his children.
He said, Remember that Jamal Mirdad’s son was able to freely meet his children. He even has the freedom and is not hindered by permission from his ex-wife if he wants to take his child on a trip with him.
“But this is not a problem for our clients because our clients are given the freedom to meet and their mothers cannot block or give access to our clients,” said Zikri.
Previously, Kenang and Tyna had time to undergo mediation. However, this failed during the divorce trial process at the South Jakarta Religious Court.
As a result, Tyna Kanna also left the house where they lived together. The mother of two children no longer lived under the same roof with her ex-husband at that time..
“They have separated from their homes since mediation was declared unable to be reached. Mas Kenang still lives at home, the plaintiff who left the house together,” said Zikri, quoted from detik.com.
On this occasion, Zikri did not provide further information, explanation or reasons for the problem Tyna and Memories who separated from home. He only mentioned that it would happen sooner or later.
“Sooner or later, what is called separation will result in separation of residence as well, all the consequences of divorce will occur,” he said.
Tyna Kanna filed for divorce against Kenang Mirdad at the South Jakarta Religious Court (PA) on August 30, 2021. To recall, Kenang Mirdad and Tyna Kanna have been married since 2009 and have two children.
