Remedy has released the second patch for its new horror game Alan Wake 2. It is available on all current platforms, PC (EGS), PS5 and Xbox Series, and includes more than 200 improvements and fixes.
The second patch addresses various localization issues, including the problem with subtitles being out of sync in all languages. By the way, Russian-speaking players often complained about this. In addition, Remedy has worked on other fixes related to audio, interface, graphics, lighting, animation, and various gameplay elements. Among the latter: improved automatic aiming, stable work with the map and detective board, correct display of dialogues, and so on. All patch notes are available find here.
Let us remember that journalists rated Alan Wake 2 higher than the original. The new product was also launched on Steam Deck with FPS drops and a resolution of 266p. Remedy itself, meanwhile, spoke about the success of Alan Wake 2 and the state of the Max Payne remakes.
