It has not yet been announced which consoles the game will come to, or what the exact release date is. It is clear that the development is in the hands of Mr. Nutz Studio, the developer of Asterix & Obelix: Slap Them All!, and that the game is published by Microids.
It is a renewed and expanded version of the 1991 arcade game. Joe & Mac: Caveman Ninja originally appeared in the arcade and then came to consoles. The original game and its sequel are also playable via Nintendo Switch Online.
Not only has the new version been completely redesigned with improved graphics and gameplay, the game also includes a new ‘adventure mode’ with new levels. For now, only the screenshots below have been released.
