Han Guoyu said that a retired legislator can be the chairman of 18 companies. What kind of world is this! Then they all get government bids. Taiwan’s democracy is something that Chinese people all over the world can be proud of. If we appreciate our democracy, why should we pollute politics?

He said that the development of Taiwanese society will have many hard times ahead, and he hopes that a wise government will lead us to seek good fortune and avoid disaster. We want Taiwan to become warmer, safer, more harmonious and happier. We must avoid danger. This requires a leader with a wise mind and a selfless mind to lead Taiwan. But in the eight years since the DPP has been in power, corruption has truly become lawless.

Han Guoyu said that we have the same requirements for Huang Jianhao. We must not have two standards. We hope to gain the support of all the folks in Bei District and Beitun. We must be a legislator with good ethics and hard work, and we must not be arrogant. Because you rely on votes, you have to know what to eat.

Han Guoyu also mentioned that Huang Jianhao is only 35 years old and has a very energetic record. He was also 35 years old when he became a legislator. At that time, he was “full of hair and full of courage”, which caused a burst of laughter in the audience. He expressed his admiration for Huang’s proposal to legislate nutritious lunches for all students in Taiwan and to severely punish fraud groups.
