Aspiran will live in the past for a while with two different animations on Saturday 5th November. Earlier in the afternoon, the Tourist Office of the Community of Municipalities of Clermontais organizes a portrait in the cellar.
Immersing themselves in the history of the Cantina Cooperativa Aspirante and of the Clairette vine, the procedures for the recognition of the terroirs, as well as the technical and enological progress, are told from the inside. After a collective listening to the soundtrack and the discovery of Alain Tandero’s photographs, a moment of confrontation will be offered. Meeting at 5:30 pm in front of the cooperative cellar.
Then, at 9pm, the Café de la poste offers the best of the best songs from the 50s to the 2000s by the duo Level.
