Port-Gentil, June 5, 2023 (AGP) – On the occasion of the celebration of its 12th anniversary last weekend, the “Charre de feu” ministry, of the local church La Voix de Dieu, dedicated twenty of its members, faithful and devoted to the work of God.

This consecration ceremony, of about twenty members of the congregation, in particular the elders and the deacons, took place under the leadership of the Reverend Prophetess Thabita. These were chosen to be honored and blessed because of their dedication and commitment to God and ministry.

During the ceremony, they were called before the congregation and received special prayers of dedication, encouraging them on their journey of faith.

For the evangelist Mouguiama Mangama, spiritual son of the person in charge of the said ministry, this consecration is a means of recognizing not only the growth and the contribution of these workers, within the community, but also of recalling their responsibility towards God and towards the others.

Kicking off in the afternoon, the celebration began with a dynamic praise session, where congregants expressed their gratitude and adoration towards God. A moment of intense communion with the divine, where everyone was able to connect spiritually and deeply feel the presence of God.

After the worship session, the head of said ministry shared her testimony, explaining how God had given her the vision to carry out her service. Also, some of the faithful have testified, coming out of these moments, that they have been spiritually enriched and encouraged in their walk of Christian faith. This celebration reinforced their commitment to God and reminded them of the importance of coming together as a community of believers to share the joy of the divine presence.

The festivities ended with a fraternal meal. This moment of communion and sharing strengthened the bonds between the members of the congregation and created a feeling of unity and brotherhood.
