Stuttgart – Like every spring, the specter of relegation creeps out of its crypt this Bundesliga season and spreads fear and horror. In Cologne, Berlin, Bielefeld, recently also in Bremen and still in Mainz. Even in Augsburg and even in Hoffenheim there is still trembling, while Schalke 04 was supposedly released from its suffering. Only the VfB Stuttgart – with 39 points in tenth place – you can be sure that nothing will burn. Then the gaze is directed towards the abyss.
