The festivals follow one another and are a little similar, or not, or almost.
After having had a series of editions complicated to implement from an organizational point of view (massive transport strike, global pandemic, football World Cup), this is a twelfth edition without pitfalls which was put together shortly gradually into a certain (and strange) tranquility.
Opening film: Dream Scenario de Kristoffer Borgli (national release on December 27, 2023)
Paul Matthews, an ordinary professor, finds his life turned upside down when he begins to appear in the dreams of millions of people. Paul then becomes a sort of media phenomenon, but his newfound celebrity will quickly take an unexpected turn…
Closing film: There’s something in the barn the Margnus Martens
Bill, his two children and their mother-in-law move to the snowy Norwegian splendor, into a remote chalet. The parents force enthusiasm, the daughter sulks about her lost friends and the son quickly realizes the obvious: there is something in the barn.
