Anyone who has not yet seen the impressive sculptures of the Sand Worlds at the Bad Lippspringe Garden Show has to hurry: next Saturday, July 24th and Sunday, July 25th, the “Strong Children” made of 150 tons of special sand will be on display for the last time . At the end of the event, visitors can look forward to atmospheric live music and a return visit from Wickie. As usual, entry is free of charge for annual ticket holders.
In the center of the sand worlds are of course the ten meter high sculptures of popular child heroes such as Wickie, Bibi Blocksberg, Ritter Trenk and Nils Holgersson. On the coming weekend, the garden show visitors can marvel at the unique structures for the last time. In addition, the mobile band “Six Strings” will provide atmospheric live music on Saturday and Sunday from 3 pm to 6 pm. The trio plays the most popular rock and pop classics of recent decades at various locations in the garden show.
On Sunday, July 25th, visitors of all ages will have the opportunity to meet one of their favorite heroes as a life-size walk act. After Wickie had made many children and adults happy on the first Sandwelten weekend, he will come back to Bad Lippspringe at the end of the event. Between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. he visits the garden show several times and is happy to take photos.
As usual, entry to the Sand Worlds is free for annual ticket holders. All others pay € 9.50 for adults and € 1 for children up to and including 17 years of age. There are also attractive family tickets for € 10.00 or € 15.00. All tickets are on site and via the new one Online Shop available.
