The Thionville judicial court has just rendered its decision in the trial of hunters prosecuted for having carried out a hunt in Thionville, without authorization, using a combine harvester, in 2017.

The file, to say the least unusual, had been raised in hearing last March. The North Moselle jurisdiction then took the time to study the case, in which three defendants, including two members of the same family, were concerned for having used an agricultural machine as a means of cutting game.
The three men were released. The federation of Moselle hunters, civil party, was dismissed of its requests.
