Relaunch of industrial TPME: The new system

New programs have been put in place to encourage the revival of industrial TPME, indicates the ministry responsible. Known as “Tatwir” and “Nawat”, these are added to the “Istitmar” and “Mowakaba” programs, already launched and which have been reconfigured. The “Tatwir” Program enables the companies concerned to benefit from support including investment support, technical assistance and advice. It targets industrial small businesses investing in growth sectors (green growth, industrial innovation, industry 4.0 …). This program also supports the acceleration of SMEs with high growth potential as well as investment projects concerning non-industrialized products currently in Morocco, thus enabling local industrial production to be encouraged.

As for the “Nawat” program, it supports very small businesses, auto-entrepreneurs and project projects via advice, expertise, technical assistance. Investment projects must not exceed DH 3 million. The support covers, among other things, the pre-investment and post-investment phases. Note that the “Istitmar” program relates to support for investment in industrial small businesses, up to 30% of the investment program. Projects carried out in provinces and prefectures located outside the Atlantic Tangier-Casablanca axis can benefit from additional support of 5%.

For its part, “Mowakaba” makes it possible to cover the costs of technical assistance and advice for the benefit of industrial small businesses which can go up to 80% for SMEs (instead of 70% currently) and 90% for very small businesses. The ceiling for support for creativity and co-development projects for very small enterprises has increased to DH 2 million compared to DH 1 million previously.
