The brothers İsmit and Serkan Özyurt, who were seriously injured by the absurdities that hit various parts of their bodies, died at the scene. İrfan Özyurt and G.Ö., B.Ö., where the bullets from the pistol hit the gunfight. and K.Ö. was also injured. The injured were taken to the Niksar State Hospital by the medical teams dispatched to the scene and were treated. The life-threatening ex-headman, İrfan Özyurt, was transferred to Tokat State Hospital after his first intervention at Niksar State Hospital. İrfan Özyurt’s son S.Ö. was arrested by gendarmerie teams.

The lifeless body of two brothers who died at the scene was removed from the morgue of Niksar State Hospital after the investigation by the public prosecutor. An investigation was launched into the incident.
