The EQUIPE VOLO Foundation develops and supervises value-creating activities intended to promote professional integration. The sustainable, social and innovative offers it offers promote human ties and help build bridges between different social structures.
The SEMO / MOVE Seeland & Bernese Jura (SJB) motivational semester of TEAM VOLO is a dual bilingual professional integration program for adolescents and young adults looking for an apprenticeship. Within the internal work area of SEMO / MOVE Plus, participants benefit from targeted support and follow-up that allow them to acquire the professional skills essential to their integration into the labor market.

Your tasks
- In agreement with the team, you coordinate and plan the work entrusted to the participants.
- You work mainly in our certified organic garden (cultivation of native wild plants, preparation of salt with herbs, maintenance of indoor and outdoor green spaces).
- You work in a team with a bilingual group (German and French) of participants.
- Your daily work consists first and foremost in supporting the participants in the accomplishment of their tasks, in a skills-oriented manner, in close collaboration with the coaches and teachers.
- You are jointly responsible for supporting the participants and the educational processes in the internal work sector.
- You perform the related administrative tasks.
- Thanks to your experience and skills, you actively contribute to the development of the labor sector and maintain customer contacts.
Your profile
- You have completed a craft apprenticeship or have very good craft skills.
- You like horticultural work and can prove that you have experience in this field.
- You have recognized training in the pedagogical, socio-educational or socio-professional field and have experience in this sector.
- You enjoy contact and collaboration with other people and are able to evolve in a complex and dynamic multicultural environment.
- You are native French speakers and have a very good knowledge of German.
