The Employment, Pensions and Mobility practice group of the international business law firm Taylor Wessing is pleased about reinforcements: As of September 1, 2024, Sachka Stefanova-Behlert has moved to the firm’s Berlin office as a salary partner. From there, the labor law expert will drive forward the expansion of the labor law practice at the location and increasingly devote herself to cross-border labor law challenges and the activities of national and international clients.
Until she moved to Taylor Wessing, the 50-year-old was Global Head of Employment Law at the ordering and delivery platform Delivery Hero, responsible for all employment law issues at the company’s headquarters worldwide. Previously, she worked for international law firms in Berlin and New York for several years. In 2020, Sachka Stefanova-Behlert completed the LL.M. program at the University of California, Berkeley School of Law with a specific focus on Law and Technology.
She advises on all questions of individual and collective labor law in a national and international context. Stefanova-Behlert is considered a proven market expert in the field of global mobility.
