On Equipbaie, the brand presented a range of digital tools, at the service of its resellers and in contact with the general public.

Generating leads: this is the ambition of Rehau Connect. This linking tool offers the general public to imagine a project, then the Rehau Connect partners to respond to it for a price considered symbolic by the brand, because far from covering the cost of acquisition. “For the time being, we are generating around a hundred qualified leads per month,” explains Maxime Boileau, marketing and communications manager at Rehau. A modest volume due in particular to the qualification effort, which filters two thirds of requests. Each individual is in fact called back by the Rehau team before the request is sent to the partners.
At the end of the year, Rehau will add a 3D configurator, useful for projecting yourself into a project. Rehau resellers will also have a live pricing tool. They will only have to enter their prices, and can generate a detailed estimate for the customer from a 3D view.


Webshop and marketing

At the end of 2021, the Rehau webshop will also be born. Both the end customer and the reseller will be able to purchase handles, gaskets, cleaning kits or even spare parts (accessories, end pieces, etc.).
Finally, to its network of resellers, Rehau offers Ecomfenêtre, a generator of marketing campaigns. Emailings, SMS, totems, posters…: everything can be created from this platform. A communications officer assists resellers in building their campaign.
