Across from the Ilfis center, ennet der Ilfis, an apartment building is being built. The construction work is in progress. Before, there was a transformer house and an old mane on this plot. “To make room for the apartment building, the two buildings were torn down,” explains the Langnau local councilor Beat Gerber, adding: “Only recently there was a change of ownership of the plot.” And this change of hands has an impact on the “Ilfisgraben renovation” project.
