In order to meet the rapidly growing demand for office spaces that meet the needs of hybrid work, the flexible work environment company IWG has opened a new work space complex in Riga, on the border with Mārupi – Regus Business Garden.
Regus Business Garden is a five-story office space complex with an area of 1,077 m2, which houses 38 offices, 12 co-working spaces and 2 meeting rooms.
The new complex is part of an initiative to provide premium workspaces in a variety of convenient locations as hybrid working becomes a reality for an increasing number of employees.
The IWG plans to create 1,000 new workspace centers worldwide within a year.
In the next 5 years, the complex created in Riga will continue to expand. “Riga is an important business center and a fantastic place to develop a business. By opening this new workspace complex, we are strengthening our presence in the region. The need for high-quality flexible workspaces continues to grow rapidly as hybrid working becomes the new norm. The five-story building will offer space for both established companies and start-ups in a variety of industries, including finance, IT, commerce, transportation and more, while IWG’s Design Your Own Office service allows companies to customize the space to suit their needs.
