But even to make it clear that the ABM is in favor of promoting regulation, they ask to analyze mechanisms that allow workers to decide with which financial institution they contract a payroll loan, as well as the dispersion of it, but above all more credits and better conditions for the workers, pushing an issue that hurts them, which is that of the Multiple Purpose Financial Institutions (Sofom), Regulated Financial Entities (RE) and Non-Regulated Entities (ENR), known as “nomineras”, and of course there are transparency and clarity of the credit conditions, also allowing the market to compete and through that there is less offer in the cost of payroll loans so as not to fall into the regulation that distorts the market.
