Non-civil servants working within the Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (ARMP) were regularized on Thursday, November 2, 2023, by the Minister of the Economy Mays Mouissi.
The Minister of Economy and Participations, Mays Mouissi, insisted on regularizing the second category of agents comprising the Public Procurement Regulatory Agency (ARMP). Likewise during this ceremony, the member of the transitional government promised to regularize, within the limits of what is feasible, the other administrative situations pending within the ministry for which he is responsible.
Indeed, the ARMP has within it two categories of agents, namely: civil servants and employees governed by the labor code who work without a professional contract. The latter saw their situation changed and did not fail to thank them for the efforts undertaken which led to the signing of these contracts.
Note that the ARMP’s mission is to ensure the regulation of the public procurement system and public service delegation agreements.
