The workshop “What do we do with what we feel?” brought together teenage footballers from the Carbonífera Basin in a unique experience of reflection and self-knowledge. Through immersive dynamics, participants discovered the transformative power of their emotions.
Last Friday, the Río Turbio Academic Unit of the UNPA was the scene of an unforgettable meeting for young soccer players from the Carbonífera Basin. The workshop “What do we do with what we feel?”, led by Mara González, Virginia González, and Diana Rodríguez, offered adolescents a safe and welcoming space to explore their emotions in a deep and meaningful way.
During the day, participants were immersed in dynamic activities that encouraged reflection and self-knowledge. The professionals managed to create an atmosphere of trust, where the young people felt free to express themselves and share their experiences. This workshop not only allowed the footballers to connect with their feelings, but also offered them tools to understand the transformative power of emotions in all aspects of their lives.
At the end of the workshop, the enthusiasm of the teenagers was palpable. The experience left a deep impression on each of them, and a unanimous feeling of gratitude and desire to participate in future meetings was reflected in their faces. The importance of this type of space in the lives of young people was more than evident, in a stage of constant challenges and discoveries.
The Río Turbio Academic Unit of UNPA thanks all the participants and those who made this meeting possible. With the certainty that this is only the beginning, we look forward to future editions to continue exploring the fascinating world of emotions with the young people of the region.
