The technical rules for the competition specified the participation of citizens and residents born in 2007-2008-2009 for youth and those born in 2004-2005-2006 for the youth division, while the official weigh-in for participants will take place in the afternoon. of 9/13 in the new Al-Ittihad Hall and in the Sharjah Self Defense Sports Club and Khor Fakkan Club.

The technical rules allowed the participation of a maximum of 4 players in each weight, with 3 citizen players and a resident player participating in each weight according to the rules.
