The workshops have been specially created for Quebec travel counsellors, one in English and the other in French, so that they can perfect their knowledge and increase their sales.

As the hotel chain enters the era of Sandals 2.0, it asks Canadian advisors if they are ready to become Travel Advisor 2.0? It is with this in mind that the workshops were set up.
Just as the travel landscape has changed over the past few years, so too have customers’ needs and interests, Sandals says. As leaders in the Caribbean tourism and all-inclusive industry, Sandals and Beaches Resorts continue to meet these needs with new destinations, new resorts, new suites, new catering and much more… But what does this mean for Canadian travel advisors and their net sales?
Consultants in Quebec are therefore invited to learn more by joining the popular and fast-paced master class sessions that will cover a number of topics, all designed with the sole purpose of increasing Sandals and Beaches bookings.
The two-hour classes are live – they will only be available after broadcast – and will take place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (local time).
The English session will be hosted by Lorna Richards, National Training Manager, Unique Vacations Canada, while Sandra Brousseau, Quebec Business Development Manager, will host the French master class on May 30.
By participating, Consultants also have a chance to win a monthly prize of three nights, land-only, at Sandals Dunn’s River or Sandals Royal Curacao (all master class participants will be automatically entered into each month’s respective contest).
The master classes also allow them to keep their knowledge up to date in order to acquire or maintain their status as a “Certified Sandals Specialist”.
They can also earn four ACTA credits for their Certified Travel Counselor or Certified Travel Manager accreditation.
