Registration of readiness passports for the autumn-winter period has begun in Belarus, reported at the Ministry of Energy. According to Gosenergogaznadzor data, as of July 4, 9% of consumers of thermal energy and 7.2% of departmental heat sources received passports of readiness for the heating season.
In total, in 2023, more than 29 thousand consumers of thermal energy and over 10 thousand departmental heat sources should receive readiness certificates. Registration will last until September 30th.
“When inspecting housing and communal services, specialists pay attention to monitoring the performance of maintenance, repair and testing of equipment, heating networks and utilities, including checking the tightness of shutoff and control valves, the condition of the insulation coating on pipelines and other equipment of heat consumption systems, the condition automatic control of the flow and temperature of the coolant in heating systems, ventilation and water heaters,” the Ministry of Energy noted.
