The merging of prepaid brands is part of Telkomsel’s strategy in simplifying products, which is expected to provide convenience and customer convenience.

Referring to the Minister of Communication and Informatics Regulation No. 12/2016, cellular subscribers are required to register for a prepaid SIM card which is validated by the National Identity Number (NIK) and Family Card Number (KK).

For prospective Telkomsel Prepaid customers, card activation is done via SMS with the format: REGNIK#KK# number then send to number 4444. Some time later, your number will be verified and if successful, then the number has been actively used.

To activate internet package Telkomsel Prepaid, can be done by typing *365#. Later you will be presented with a selection of packages.
