The ISSSTE Housing Fund (FOVISSSTE) approved the call for the registration of applications for registration for the Granting of Traditional Credits through the 2022 Scoring System.
With this registration, the institute plans to place up to 37 thousand 268 financings for 23 thousand 757 million 361 thousand 897 pesos.
The loan will be to acquire new or used housing, individual construction on own land or acquisition of land to build, expand, repair, improve or redeem mortgage liabilities.
The call will be published in the next few days, and registration will begin on October 14 from 9:00 in the morning and will conclude on November 4 at 06:00 in the afternoon.
“Registration is free and cannot be conditioned for any reason or by any natural or legal person,” the institution recalled in a statement.
The interested parties must be active beneficiaries, which is the first mortgage loan they obtain with FOVISSSTE, not to exercise a housing action or, where appropriate, have previously settled it.
Likewise, that at the time of registration they are holders of deposits constituted in their favor in the fund for more than nine two-month periods and that they obtain a minimum score of 80 points.
According to FOVISSSTE credit policies, 3 extra points will be awarded to nurses, doctors, single mothers or fathers, the elderly, people with disabilities and those who choose the construction credit line.
The beneficiaries can also request a joint loan with their spouse or common-law partner from their registration, the score obtained from the owner of the financing will be taken for the priority list.

In addition, in the union organizations that represent them, in the dependencies and entities where they work and in the Fund’s Housing departments throughout the country.
The procedure for the Granting of Traditional Credits will be carried out on November 18 at 11:00 am, and will be broadcast nationwide by electronic means.
In the event, the folios of the first 10,000 beneficiaries will be announced according to the priority list, who will be able to start their process immediately.
