Charitable Foundation “Right to Protection” conducts registration of internally displaced persons for participation in the multi-purpose cash assistance program. Registration will be done via electronic queue.

You need to fill out one form for the whole family, you don’t need to fill it out for each member.
The benefit amount is UAH 3,600 per three-month period for each household member.
You can apply for cash assistance if your family has not previously received assistance from international organizations, has an income of less than 5,400 UAH per family member, belongs to certain categories and has at least one of the vulnerability criteria.
Categories:
- IDPs who moved after 02/24/22
- people who returned to their places of permanent residence after being forced to move to another region/country due to hostilities dated 02/24/2022
Vulnerability criteria:
- a family with only one parent (or father or mother) with one or more children under 18 years of age or with elderly people (55 years of age or older)
- a family headed by one single/several single elderly people (55 years of age and older) or elderly people with one child or several children under 18 years of age
- families with one or more persons with special needs. Namely, those with: disabilities, chronic diseases. The list is not limited to just these special needs criteria
- foster families who care for unaccompanied children and children divorced from their parents (documentation required)
Where should I go to register for financial assistance?
To get a number in line at the registration point in Kyiv, you need to fill out a form that opens every Friday at 15:00 in the telegram channel on link.
The data collection point will operate at the address: Kiev, st. Yaroslavskaya, 31b from 10:00 to 15:00.
