The maximum loan amount of 115,000 pesos has a 30% bonus and is repaid in 60 interest-free installments.
Those interested in accessing the loan for renovation of facades and/or sidewalks can register at the Municipality of the city of Carmelo or at the Housing Office in the city of Colonia.
“The beneficiaries must have a family income of 32,000 to 96,000 pesos, they must be up to date with the real estate tax and they can be owners or promising buyers”
