The maximum loan amount of 115,000 pesos has a 30% bonus and is repaid in 60 interest-free installments.
Those interested in accessing the loan for renovation of facades and/or sidewalks can register at the Municipality of the city of Carmelo or at the Housing Office in the city of Colonia.
