The National Police of Peru captured a professor who buried a 16-year-old minor in his garden who was reported missing a few weeks ago, in Huancayo. The professor is investigated for murder and rape.
The body was found in the garden of the house of the engineer Ronald Herrera Sarapura (41), in Huancayo. According to “24 Hours”, The family of the minor with the initials GCM (16) reported the disappearance on July 26.
After conducting the corresponding investigations, the PNP went to the home of Herrera Sarapura, a professor at the National University of Huancavelica. At that time, the subject intended to flee.
The engineer finally confessed that the teenager had come to his home and that he had buried the body in the yard.
Herrera Sarapura also confessed that he slept with the teenager’s corpse for five days before burying it. However, the professor assures that he did not kill the minor, Instead, he got stuck while drinking and when he saw him unconscious, he was scared.
However, the PNP is still investigating the circumstances of the death of the minor, who has a wound on his forehead.
