Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you are in charge of a sales team spread over 9 sectors. Thus, you train, support and enhance the skills of your sales team within the framework of the commercial policy and the objectives set. You also ensure that you are familiar with the new product lines and their marketing. You organize the commercial development part of your team: prospecting, negotiation and deployment of national contracts.
On the operational part, you integrate a long-circuit ecosystem, on a tripartite relationship (distribution-installer-manufacturer). Provider of solutions for your teams, you are also responsible for developing your own portfolio of key accounts and integrators.
