The matches that our representative teams will play, on the occasion of the thirty-first day of the regional league championship, in its preferred category, group II, are the following:

Home Alcarreño-Cabanillas
derby “To dog face” between two teams that after two very irregular seasons find themselves, four days before the end of the regular season, immersed in the fight not to lose the category.

Cabanillas, in the relegation zone with 33 points, defines these positions with the rest of the rivals and Hogar Alcarreño, four places above in the standings and three points more than their enemy this week, feels the breath of those who they are chasing him (Cabanillas himself, Orgaceño and Yuncos with 34 points and San José Obrero with 35) and he needs to win the derby, as Cabanillas does, if possible much more urgently due to the situation he occupies.

Therefore, with the two squads in need of victory, they will settle a match with a lot of nerves and great tension, in which whoever best knows how to manage all of this will have a lot won.

In the scoring section, Hogar has scored 35 goals in favor and conceded 43, with Gorka Rojas being his top scorer with 11 and Cabanillas has scored 40 in favor and conceding 44, with Rodrigo Aylagas being his best scorer with 7 goals.

The Blue and Whites have won 7 games, drawn 3 and lost 5, in their Fuente de la Niña fiefdom, while Cabanillas have won 3, drawn 3 and lost 8 away from home.

Finally, it should be remembered that Hogar Alcarreño won, 0-1, in the first round match played at the Ramiro Almendros, and that is that the points at stake can be as important as the individual goalscoring.

The match will be played on Saturday the 29th at the Fuente de la Niña municipal hall, starting at 5:00 p.m. and refereed by the Castilian-La Mancha referee, Osorio Mira.

The Azuqueca B to win to keep dreaming 1Azuqueca B to win to keep dreaming.

Azuqueca B-St
If Cabanillas and Hogar Alcarreño have it difficult, Juani’s Azuqueca B has it much more complicated, immersed in relegation places with 29 points, five away from salvation that Orgaceño and Yuncos now score with 34.

After their draw, 1-1, in La Balona terrain, where they left two essential points, they receive, to the limit, another team from Cuenca, San José Obrero, also involved in the fight for relegation, from which they have provisionally escaped thanks their three victories and a draw harvested in the last four days.

Thus, the red and black, in order to continue dreaming of the miracle of maintaining the category, they must win yes or yes against this week’s rival and face the rest of the games with the illusion of reaching the goal in a position out of danger, something that today seems very complicated, but not impossible.
Juani knows that as long as there is a loophole to stick his head in, he is going to try with all his might and he just hopes and wants the players to reflect on the pitch what is being prepared during the week.

The match will be played at the San Miguel municipal hall, on Sunday the 30th, starting at 12:00 pm, with refereeing by the Castilian-La Mancha referee, Vallejo Cañas.

Alovera-Quintanar
Alovera, in a weak dynamic of play and results, receives the second classified in group II, Quintanar, at the Nuevo Tomillar, who, after the change of coach and the arrival of Manuel Nieto on the bench, on matchday 26, recounts all his games for victory and happens to be one of the most fit teams in the group, along with Madridejos, precisely the ones that occupy the second and third places, which give them the option to play in the promotion play-off.

Tied with them is Noblejas, all with 54 points, followed by Villa, who with 51 does not give up with the three mentioned.

But, sticking to the Alovera game, commenting that it will be difficult for the rojillos who should fight to improve their current ranking, ninth with 41 points, and start preparing for the next campaign, which should be the attempt to assault the immediate category superior.

In the scoring chapter, Alovera has scored 33 in favor and conceded 32, while Quintanar has scored 42 in favor and conceded 36.

Owusu, despite being out for several days, is still Alovera’s top scorer with 10 goals and Carlos Huertas and Ángel Luis García, with 8, are the best scorers for a Quintanar who cannot afford to lose in Alovera.

The match will be played on Saturday the 29th, starting at 5:00 p.m. at the Nuevo Tomillar with refereeing by the Castilian-La Mancha referee, Torres Villalón.
