After a short introduction, the projects are devoted to public relations and marketing. In a speed dating, the participants are asked to present themselves and their project as effectively as possible, memorable and sustainable. Each project has 6 dates with a different project. As with job speed dating, the basis for the conversation is a meaningful project résumé.
In the afternoon, the projects exchange ideas about the challenges and possible solutions for filling apprenticeships on a sustainable basis. How do you get the best fit possible? What role do digital instruments play in the matching process? What information do companies need? What do you have to give you, especially in view of the fact that one in four apprenticeships ends prematurely? These and other questions are discussed in two parallel working groups.
