Murcia
The appeal is aimed at the population between 18 and 65 years old, in particular group A-, to come and donate blood, given the lack of reserves to meet the demand from Murcian hospitals.
According to the center, donors with blood types A+, 0- and B- can donate blood in two to three days, while those with 0+, B+, AB- and AB+ can wait for the next draw.
Those interested can donate this Tuesday at the Paseo de Garay headquarters in Murcia until 20:30.
They can also do it at the mobile points installed in the health centers of Fortuna, Fuente Álamo and Totana, from 17:00 to 21:00.
Likewise, the Regional Blood Donation Center invites you to participate in its open day on Thursday, which will be held from 8:30 to 20:30.
Guided tours were organized for that day at 10:00, 11:00, 12:00 and 17:00 to introduce the internal work of this health center.
In addition, on the eve of the Three Kings, January 5, the mobile units of the Regional Center for Blood Donation will go to the Puerto Lumbreras Town Hall and the Lorca Cultural Center, in the morning from 9:30 to 2:00 pm
