THE HAGUE – In the south of the Netherlands, there has been an official regional heat wave since 2 a.m. on the night from Saturday to Sunday. This is what Weer.nl reports. At the weather stations in Cabauw (Utrecht), Eindhoven and Gilze-Rijen (Noord-Brabant) it was still warm in summer with at least 25.0 degrees. Gilze-Rijen even recorded 26.2 degrees. The temperature also remained above 25 degrees in Maastricht and Woensdrecht in Brabant.
