Region of Epirus: Announcement of results for outdoor trade licenses

The decision was announced on the provisional results of the verification of supporting documents and the scoring of the applications for the participants in the announcement for the granting of sixty-three (63) new outdoor street trade licenses with the corresponding right to operate in the Region of Epirus to producers and sellers and ten (10) rights to operate in the Region of Epirus to existing outdoor street vendor producer license holders of other Regions.

Anyone who has a legal interest can appeal against the decision before the competent Authority (D/NSI DEVELOPMENT OF IOANNINES / DEPARTMENT OF TRADE AND TOURISM) within a period of 15 days from the date of publication of the results. The decision has been posted on the Integrated Information System “Open Market” (O.P.S.A.A.), at the e-mail address: of the General Directorate of Digital Policy and E-Governance of the Ministry of Development and on the website of the Region of Epirus www.php. gov.gr.

The provisional results of the Proclamation for the granting of new professional sales licenses with the right to operate itinerantly in the Region of Epirus, as well as for the granting of additional operating rights to existing professional sales license holders of other Regions, were also issued, in accordance with Law 4849/2021. Anyone who has a legal interest can appeal against the decision before the competent Authority (DEPARTMENT OF DEVELOPMENT OF IOANNINE/DEPARTMENT OF TRADE AND TOURISM) within 15 days from the date of publication of the results.

Those interested can be updated in the Integrated Information System “Open Market” (OPSAA), at the electronic address: of the General Directorate of Digital Policy and Electronic Governance of the Ministry of Development. The announcement has been posted on the website of the Region of Epirus www.php.gov.gr.
