Morelia, Michoacán (OEM-Infomex) .- National cinema has well-known faces that appear in practically all new productions, and one of them is Regina Blandón, who came to the Morelia International Film Festival (FICM) to experience the opening with the film “Bardo, false chronicle of few truths”.
“Any festival in Mexico is always an icon in the world of cinema, like FICM in this case, and I am very proud to be part of the guild. In Mexico there are films for all tastes and for all people, ”commented the actress in an interview.

Being present at the edition in which FICM celebrates its first 20 years of existence, supporting the entire film industry, commented Blandón, was a moment not to be missed.
Blandón is also in the capital of Michoacán to present this week “Make me up again”, the first opera by Guillermo Calderón, in which she plays a make-up artist, and in which she shares credits with Ilse Salas and Paulina Gaitán.
This comedy deals with themes such as friendship, forgiveness, solidarity and human relationships.
“To be here on this occasion in the 20 years of FICM where there are eight women competing for the Best Film, it’s incredible, long live Mexican cinema! And the more parties are held, the more people will come to see it ”.
On the question of whether the Morelia International Film Festival has managed to give a boost to cinematography so that the authorities and the public turn and bet on the national team, he replied: “Yes, that’s right, that’s what the FICM got”.
