The neighborhood committee “The People of Strings”, for years committed to the protection of the territory, invites citizens “To take part in initiatives aimed at asking the Municipality of Reggio Calabria to open the school gym (even if it should be an official right), to allow elementary and middle school children to be able to exercise physical activity. On the occasion of the anniversary of the pseudo-inauguration of the sports facility, we will find ourselves raising our voices again for our children, for a right that has been denied them, that is to carry out didactic activities during the hours of physical education. The appointment is Sunday 20 cm at 11:00: we will demonstrate in front of the gym all together. Everyone will participate: school, kindergarten, sports associations, civil society, free citizens. We have the opportunity to show that we want to be respected and that children demand a right that cannot be denied. We have the opportunity to prove that Archi exists and wants to be considered! For us it is a question of civilization ”.
