The Capitoline entrepreneur is a member of a network of cinemas. He had already tried to enter the world of football by trying to buy Catania in Serie D in 2022, Alessandria and Messina in Serie C a few months ago, but he hadn’t succeeded. Now he has Reggina. The purchaser’s legal advisor was theLawyer Gioacchino Amato.

Felice Saladini, as stated on the club’s website, declared: “We have made the best choice for the future of the Club. We will continue to work so that Reggina is recognized for admission to the next Serie B championship, a right that we have obtained on the field and also with strict compliance with the laws of the State”.
Ilari’s words
The words of the new owner Manuele Ilari, again from the official website: “I thank Saladini and Ferraro for the work of reorganization of the Club that they have carried out in the last year. I take the baton to continue the evolution and development of one of the most exciting clubs in Southern Italy. I also thank Guild Capital Partners, with whom we will continue to work for a solid corporate reorganization for the future of Reggina”.
A presentation press conference will be convened shortly, the club informs.
Reggina announces that the operation is linked to Reggina’s registration in Serie B (termination clause).
