If you are looking for a new place to stay, you have a good chance of finding one in Regensdorf. Last year, over 500 apartments near the train station and opposite the shopping center were advertised for rent. Not quite as many apartments will come onto the market in 2024. Rental starts in January for a residential building with double-story lofts. In 2025 you can expect several hundred apartments to be advertised for initial rental. The first high-rise near the train station should be completed in a year and a half and the second in 2026. And it continues like this: several hundred apartments are still being planned.
