A few steps from Place Vendôme and the Tuileries Garden, the Palace Mandarin Oriental nestled in a historic building from the 1930s, introduces us to a new treatment for your face: HydraFacial®!
The Palace Mandarin Oriental Paris spa, renowned for the quality of its treatments, is always at the forefront of innovation and the search for effective and above all effective treatments.
This is the case with this new treatment called HydraFacial®. Some of you may have heard of or tested it before, but as usual, there is care and care.
This durably improves the texture of the skin and allows a deep and lasting hydration of the epidermis.
The goal ?
Cleanse, exfoliate, finally boost and hydrate to restore volume and radiance to your skin.
HydraFacial® is the only treatment that uses technology to cleanse, remove and hydrate. It uses a spiral device which generates a suction form of the impurities. Once completed, this also allows the introduction of serums and vitamins.
It detoxifies the skin and combines the benefits of hydradermabrasion thanks to antioxidant boosters, bursting with hyaluronic acid and peptides.
It requires expert hands and a laser eye to properly identify the quality of your skin and carefully choose the serums and vitamins to boost your skin.
The goal will be largely achieved at the Mandarin Oriental spa.
Reception and protocol
Greeted with thoughtfulness and kindness by Isabelle Machado, my therapist for this treatment, I was taken to my cabin, sorry my suite.
Because at the Mandarin, luxury requires, you are received in a suite and not a cabin, equipped with a shower, toilet, armchair and your own cloakroom.
After studying my skin, Isabelle, will use the performance of the machine to cleanse, exfoliate, then apply a 7.5% glycolic acid peel (this can also be 15% depending on the type of skin) ).
Then I would be entitled to the extraction, finally, of a booster carefully chosen by my therapist in order to intensify the treatment.
I also receive a saturation of uncrosslinked hyaluronic acid with peptides which will allow my skin to sublimate.
Depending on the skin (oily, dry, acne, scars, sun spots) the booster will be chosen with precision (Dermabuilder, Glysal or Britenol)
During the installation of the mask, Isabelle, who has real experience and a skill that can be seen, lets me choose between a hand or foot massage.
The feet will be my predilection. !
A result that shows
The end of the treatment arrives far too quickly (45mn), we would like it to drag on. But I admit that when she hands me the mirror, I am amazed!
The skin is radiant, the pores tightened and above all it seems more densified.
This result is further amplified the next day. Of course, to maintain this radiance and density, a follow-up care protocol is necessary.
Finally a treatment that gives real results in a luxurious setting, in the company of a competent therapist with 5-star service.
Finally, I am offered a tea, with some seeds (nuts, hazelnuts, almonds …)
