Refund when changing student. Insurance back to family insurance? (Health insurance)

As a self-employed person, I thought my tax advisor would book everything correctly. However, as I have now established through my review, his bookkeeper has incorrectly assigned several invoices over the years, e.g. net invoices (delivery within EU VAT-free), as gross proceeds including 19% VAT. booked. Furthermore, I saw that receipts, including 19% VAT. were among them, here too the lady booked these net. Paypal fees were among them, which were booked at 19%, although these are clearly net amounts. Purchase of goods, such as the telephone system, was also booked net. The invoice for the shredder was not even posted or was private. Then there are also various other errors where the bookkeeper had booked out of fantasy, without requesting a receipt.

It just can’t be that people keep booking incorrectly and that you still have to pay for such sloppiness?

I only had a conversation with him 4 weeks ago, because it was about the fact that a company invoice had been booked privately. He then said that his accountant was very reliable and that he could try his insurance policy to have the VAT refunded. He said he had to make the application clear, why it then went as private. Nothing has happened on this so far. Apparently he’s not interested in it. Does his liability insurance even apply for this?

It is simply unbelievable how many different documents from different months have been incorrectly accounted for. Several sales tax notices would have to be corrected.

As a layman, I can really only shake my head. You’d think a trainee was at work.

Since other things are not booked correctly with the tax advisor, my trust in him has now been lost and of course I want to leave immediately. Can I bill him for these costs (i.e. lost sales tax)?
