SURYA.CO.ID, NGANJUK – Entering 2023, efforts to prevent the spread of HIV/Aids will be intensified Aids Eradication Commission (KPA) Nganjuk Regency. This was done by intensifying the socialization of the dangers of HIV/AIDS to the public, both online and offline.
KPA Nganjuk Field Officer, Trisna Eka Setyowati explained, in the next eight years there will be elimination related to HIV AIDS. Where in that period KPA needs to prepare a strategy or method through program design or whatever it’s called, how to make Nganjuk free so that there are no new HIV/Aids cases found.
At present, said Trisna, KPA already has several steps or programs for handling HIV/AIDS cases with three zeros that have been programmed for the next five years. The first; no cases of new findings, second; reduce mortality and morbidity for HIV sufferers, and third; there is no stigma and discrimination against HIV sufferers.
“When we have those measures in place in the next five years or in 2028, then in 2030 KPA will have preparations and are ready to be eliminated,” said Trisna in a talk show on Radio Suara Anjuk Ladang of the Nganjuk District Government, Wednesday (18/1/2023 ).
According to Trisna, in the Healthy District Forum (FKS) there are several indicators that will later lead to a score. If the case of HIV detection is high, it means a bad score and vice versa.
And that is a form of problem that must be solved together, one of which is by conducting socialization every year by the KPA.
“For this reason, we invite you to carry out preventive promotions, especially through the family. And let’s increase knowledge together about the dangers of sex that can cause contracting HIV/AIDS,” said Trisna. *****
